Ok. I THINK I broke the code on this one.
The yellow days are days where they have plenty of coverage.
The purple days are days where everyone junior to them, if they got reserve, had to be on reserve that day. Notice how every reserve day underneath the first purple day is purple, as well? Ie, they are probably capped reserve days.
That's my guess. Did I break the code?
