Hey Hoss ... Did the old, dead, almost didn't survive UAL have the option to force TDY assignments? The UCH UAL does ... and this UCH UAL does not like displacements ... they will avoid displacements by using any means (and loophole) available to them in the UPA; after that, they will violate the contract and win the ensuing grievance.
