Hiring is still early and the wave will only start to form in 2015! Didn't mean to start a civ VS mil thread and don't want to derail this into that worthless debate. I could of been more clear in my point...which is there are 1000's of well qualified applicants, civilian and military.

Yeah, I re-read my post and should not have used the word dis-advantage. Being military certainly gives you an advantage in selection for an interview and probably job selection too. I was trying to make a different point but I may of had too much egg-nog last night.
