Nope the "old,dead,almost didn't survive UAL" who bought continental could not force TDY. Could you please show me in the contract where the new UCH can? Sounds like you are pretty proud of the old Scabinental and the way the bought by UAL company was run?
There are going to have to be displacements. It's a mathematical impossibility for there not to be.
