Probably not. The plane is flying daily already. It probably just means more revenue for the company. Because its in HKG and not MIA you could be right that it might require an extra crew member or two to staff it but that's above my pay grade. With retirements and attrition there will be classes soon.
I would rephrase that by saying the it is more
predictable revenue for the company...because having an aircraft on an ACMI contract means the customer pays for a minimum number of block hours per month.
