From now on any FO stuck in 4th yr pay is there by choice or ineptitude. Anyone else that doesn't have a degree, record or skill set to pass an interview needs to exit the career field.

While your peers at the other Regionals may laugh and call you names, your career earrings will outpace thiers by a couple hundred grand. Is that worth a lousy contract now? YES!
