I was just glancing through the detailed 1403v award to get an idea how many pilots would get bumped out of the 76T, and then I looked at the ORD 737 Capt list. Good God man. The ORD guppy captain was always the junior Capt slot, but nothing like it is right now. My current percentage there is higher than it will probably be in 15 years when I retire. 30ish percent.
Who sits where today is an anomaly because of all the out-of-seniority awards that have taken place over the last three years.
Give it a couple years and it will be back to normal.
