So by my calculations I won't be upgrading in 2014 (maybe ill sneak into the last emb class). So by those numbers you won't be upgrading till 2015 maybe, which would put you at +4 years. Those are upgrade/transitions so I'll take a more pessimistic guess and say about a 100 total new captains. Losing roughly 240 next year. That number goes to show how many FOs are leaving and not captains.
If I choose to stay here, I'll be at minimum a 9 year jet captain or 8 year bro captain.
I'll reiterate what has been said before. Good job but don't come here expecting to upgrade. You won't.
