Lots of conjecture already on this forum, but what about for someone, 38 years old with a young family?
Regionals will have a hard time to atract applicants. Majors will suck up all regional ca's and fo's after there is no more military folks. So, there should be lots of movement in 5-10 years. But what do I know...
