Movement at the regionals can only come if there is additional hiring to the tune of hundreds of pilots per year at 9E. "doom and bloomers", try im a realist and know that there aren't enough new FO out there that want to work for poverty wages like there once were. Moving people off the top of the list without replacing them with fresh meat won't cause movement, only shrinking.
