I'll take 15 and 5 with an extra 15 minutes pay and credit per vacation day (still far below the 5 hours a day it needs to be) and the next 10 large RJ's that come off lease can't be renewed and the ceiling is reduced by that amount.

Seriouslly, that is very reasonable, provides significant relief to the company, protects the operation, increases QOL for reserves, protects days off and only costs the company a fraction of the additional staffing they may otherwise be on the hook for.
