I recently worked for this company doing T-6A training for the Iraq military. If you're not an Ex-military I don't think they'll take you, but it never hurts to try. The T-6A side of the house was a little different and you had to be a former T-6A military IP, because we taught some specific military type flying (ex. formation, aerobatics) All the instructors I worked with had well over 3000 hours and at 1500 hours of IP time, but If you're interested I'll answer any question you have. I'm not going to post the salary, but I will tell you calling it a "monster salary" is an understatement.
