You mean the last three years? I've yet to hear one CAL pilot say that all UAL pilots should benefit from the company's flying. They gladly took seats out of seniority and then tried to use that against their fellow pilots in the SLI.
They feel the "extra" money they received that UAL pilots didn't get was fair and all the new bases and seats they got were fair too. Even now there are 10 UAL guppies on the line, but all the training slots for the next year were bid out only to L-CAL pilots.
UAL pilots aren't even scheduled for training on their own airplanes until 2014. We will have about 14 of them before the first UAL pilot gets to fly one.
Its just more shameless behavior. Yet they call us bullies while they gladly take from us.
The only "win" the LUAL pilots for from SLI was that it was finally completed. Nothing more.
What do you suggest "CAL" pilots do about it? Your beef is with the company. They control training slots, the "CAL" pilots have as much control over this as you do which seems to be zero.
