DL management with DALPA's contractual permission has favored IBT and non union shops over ALPA DCI carriers many times without a peep from ALPA beyond the toothless DCI fake anti whipsaw meetings. SKYW, inc. "owned" a far greater share for an even longer time of likewise permitted outsource DCI flying, plus gates, in a deal directly with DL management.
