That is a valid point. I don't want to see the older guys dying or getting seriously sick on trips because they are working through sick, trying to maximize pay. It's a moot point anyways, I think. The company will never pay for unused DSA, it costs too much. They are merely interested in people using it as little as possible, therefore the push to discourage its use. If it works, I wonder who will be getting a bonus over this.
