Consecutive. But the look back is required PRIOR to starting day 7 not at the end. If you look back from the start of day 7 there are 138 hours without a 30 hour break - which is 30 hours under 168. So at the start of day 7, you are good to go.
I am confused as usual. Does not a "rolling" look back imply before, during, and after.
