They want this from everyone(wholly owns). If we had voted no they would've sent out a statement along this lines of "we are shutting PSA down vote in what we offered them or you are next".

I know bunch of great guys at eagle that'll stand their ground. And they're smart enough to know that whether PSA voted yes or no won't affect the fact that AA will seek similar concessions from eagle and PDT. Unfortunately there aren't enough of them.
Now that they're being proposed the same deal, the keyboard warriors and cowards that call PSA names online are afraid because they'll be voting yes themselves and need someone to blame. When the eagle TA passes by 80%, they'll blame us for accepting it first.
