Sounds like you are trying to get on a Commutair -200. If that is the case, then the jumpseat "should" be available. The max weight on that is 36,500 and max landing is 34,500. So as long as they don't top the tanks for the flight you should be able to fill it up and go. Used to have those at PDT while I was there...man were they great...and fast
