Another nice little 117 nugget, for those of us who's duty carries from December into January.

As many have already said, no more 30 in 7 limit on block hours come January 1st, and nothing you flew *before* January 1 counts towards you FDP limits. So anyone who has a long stretch of days from December into January could techically be given assignments that take them over 30 in 7 *and* over 60 duty hours in 168. Good times!
