How exactly are we lying? This whole-truth about all but our super senior Cptns (& only those that partake in the premium pay game) taking a pay cut is suddenly turning into an inconvenient truth, isn't it?
I've talked to many former AT Cptns that have had to downgrade when transitioning over. Apples to apples (same # of days worked a month) it's almost universally a noticeable pay cut. How many have you talked to about this subject? Maybe YOU'RE the liar.
