I will be able to hold the most Junior Captain position in my base mid 2023. Over a 31 year career I will be a captain for about 8 years assuming I don't bid captain in NY. Remember we're adding more mainline airplanes, so it will trend more junior as the list grows. At the SLI, the most junior captain was around 10,500. Parked a bunch of 9s and widebodies... and now we're rebuilding.
