I can tell you that you won't be "restricted". Per the new part 61.159 (a)(3), FAR Part 61 Sec. 61.159 effective as of 07/15/2013, you need 50hrs in type. For a multi ATP, if you get your centerline restriction removed, I would think your T-37/T-38 time would count towards that 50. The new part 61.160 that deals with military only reduces total time req, not the 50 hrs in type. I would ask what are you trying to get, a single or a multi ATP?
