due to grooved runways, that allowed EWY to be considered dry when there was rain.

The POI for SWA won't allow the OpSpecs to be changed due to SWA "being a distressed carrier due to the merger."
Ironic isn't it?
We buy Airtran and gain access to EWY.
We then have to close EWY -
because we bought Airtran.
