It has gone down the tubes! Im not a regional pilot but I have many friends and former co-workers that are. Its sad that for the last decade or so most of them are still First officers making the same poverty wages, Or junior Captains making salaries that have been shrinking over the last decade. I hope the regional pilot's that are voting on new TA's vote NO and do not allow the contracts to get worse. The sad thing is that most of the regional FO's are homeless. You can't really afford a mortgage payment on 20-30k/year…. Vote no and call management's bluff. You deserve more than you are getting.
