I will however add that I think it is important to also dress to the aircraft you are flying. Just my opinion that a nice leather jacket with epaulets and a name tag is highly appropriate and stylish for a turbo prop. A dinner jacket and hat is highly appropriate for a jet. And if your flying a Tomohawk than you should be wearing shorts and a tee shirt and not a nice airline pilot uniform.
If I am catching a ride on a Twin Otter on floats in the Caribbean I expect my pilot to be barefoot with a Hawaiian shirt.
