There is no quota. It is a points based system and everyone who passes the tests and scores the threshold in the face to face is offered the job... it can be none or it can be all or anywhere in between.
I have a feeling right now if there were 10 awesome candidates then all 10 would be hired because we have 0 pilots available on ATL88B to do a lot of the flying tomorrow that is still uncovered.
