Exactly. Wrong audience. Her job is hiring pilots, not compensation or pilot retention.
Address the email to the VP of Flight Ops, President, CEO or anyone with some actual power. Sending that to a lady who makes $35,000 looking at resumes and scheduling interviews does nothing.
