Default Allegiant Work Rules

We have voted in a union and are working on it, but these are the current work rules.






Minimum duty period credit: None
401k Match and eligibility:100% first 2% then 50% for next 3% for a total of 5% match
Per Diem: $1
Deadhead pay agreement $20/hr
Pilots won't be able to Bid for Training
Hours of Service-11 days off for lineholders, 10 for reserves
Long-Call Reserve program - none

We have PTO for both sick and vacation...

year 2-3 ... 35 hours a year
year 4-6 ... 45 hours a year
year 7+ ... 52 hours a year

Sick calls paid at 100% if it brings you under the 70 hour guarantee. If over 70 hours you must use PTO. See above.

Any extended injuries, illness or pregnancies will remove all accrued PTO before paying Short/Long Sick Pay. Required to work at corporate in Las Vegas regardless of where you're based to receive further 70 hour pay guarantee. If unable then unpaid.



Scope: none
Junior Assignment Pay: straight pay
Voluntary Open Time Pick-Up: straight pay
Critical Pay: straight pay
Build up line credit of 3.5 hours on Reserve Days
Training Pay: $80 a day regardless of CA or FO
No credit for required online studies

Newhire training pay -- $2000/mo and no hotel provided.

Bid Conflicts unpaid. Must re-bid on another day off.

PBS just put online without negotiating and Teamsters are suing to remove it.

Currently pushing close to a 6 year upgrade. Planned growth at 3-4 aircraft per year.
