This doesn't surprise me a bit. Upside: You guys finally have a Union. Downside: You always have to start from scratch.
I think a whole boatload of guys are going to realize this and bolt for greener pastures. Even the guys who live in Vegas are gonna head for SWA.
The ONLY upside to that is there will be rapid upgrades...at least until THOSE guys get Major jobs.
