OK I just got back from my Pinnacle interview. They have changed the written test. It is nothing like the STUDY GUIDE on aviation interviews. Some of the questions on there are in the tech portion but the written is now mostly ATP type questions with a few tricky worded questions. The rest of the interview was kind of like the previous gouges, although one guy made the comment during my HR part that they were looking into redoing the interview process. Anyways I was offered a job and took it, just wanted to give a heads up on the written test.
