This has been discussed many times. BUT.......every month SKW brings in about 90+ new hires with 70+ going into the jet. If you have turbine experience there's a 99% chance you'll get the jet. If you’re a CFI there's probably a 50% chance, it depends on which upcoming class needs filling. If the RJ class isn't full they'll stick you there, if the bro class is has a few seats then that's were you'll be.
