There are many examples I can choose from, but to stay on the subject, just Google "Christmas carols at schools" and read up. You'll also find there that the VA banned any Christmas carols that mention God in (at least) one of their hospitals...seriously?

Visible expressions of religion have been legally allowed to occur on US government property since this country was founded; do another Google search for recent court cases where the ACLU/etc. have tried to stop it in recent years and failed.
