Very true, just be sure that members understand they have to aim very high since they WILL fall short of where they aim.

The point about FAR117 is also valid, as I imagine a lot of the pilots at Allegiant make up for the lack of good pay, with flying A LOT of overtime and open time, etc.. which may not be possible now.
