It's a good deal for the guys in the first class. For all of us after that, we are losing seniority if they back fill with off the street guys. One of the latest rumors I heard was that the Jan 13 class was only going to be 14 people with no back fills. Just 9 Mesaba flows and 5 off the street. Aren't rumors fun!
