That's not quite right. It actually went "Bid not what you want to fly for your company, but rather what you best think the company will bump you for training or provide you the most volunteer and draft... And pi$$ on you non-members....and all you over 60 guys don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on the way out.."
I may have paraphrased it a bit, but I'm pretty sure that's pretty close to what he meant.
