Commuting sucks....a lot....

If you CAN move to base, I would recommend it. Unless you have a really good reason to stay where you're at, your QOL at any airline would greatly increase by living in base.

P.S. - Commuting on reserve is like being the next door neighbor to Satan. You're not IN hell, but you're pretty damn close.
