What does not hiring in a decade have anything to do with it? That's precisely the reason many people have no TPIC time and yet 5000-8000+ hrs of SIC time. Because no one has hired and no CAs have left to provide a chance to move to the left seat. AA does not require TPIC time. Even in their last cycle circa 2000/2001 they did not require TPIC time. I assume you believe it is wrong because you have it and others don't?
