Yes. There are a lot of 30 hour overnights and extremely low credit trips. I'm a really junior line holder though and the trips I got in Jan aren't too bad. It didn't even affect my commutability that much. There are still plenty of good trips if you're senior enough to hold them.
I think it varies a lot by base. I was looking at open time in other domiciles and there's some seriously bad stuff posted. The trips in my base isn't horrible.
