It's seasonal. I assume it's successful as Eagle has being flying it seasonally now for over 2 years, maybe longer. I'm not sure when it started.

I've worked the flight a few times and it's generally pretty full. The passengers tend to be mostly Americans and some Canadians going down for a cruise or on vacation as Mazatlan is a resort city.
