Excellent thread for poolies like me. I'm a Dec 5 hire, so it looks like I will be mid-summer training based on MikefromMT's spreadsheet (did I get that right?). Also, I am unfamiliar with some of the terms: Plug, SSP, AE, etc. For example, the post above, what does "737 - 336 pilots junior - 97.10%" mean." It might be a stupid question, but I've got no 121 experience so I don't speak PWA (pilot working agreement?) or CBA (contract something something?) yet. Any definitions anywhere? I am a newbie, after all?
