It might be a stupid question, but I've got no 121 experience so I don't speak PWA (pilot working agreement?) or CBA (contract something something?) yet. Any definitions anywhere? I am a newbie, after all?
Plug= bottom guy on any respective list.

SSP= "streamlined selection process" for pinnacle pilots in a seniority order. They do the full day 1 interview along with a review of their employment records. Current pass rate is a bit below 50% for that deal.

AE= advance entitlement. It's a bid with openings for various seats in bases. Say, 15 DTW 73N FOs, 12 ATL 777 CAs, and so on.

CBA= collective bargaining agreement. The contract.

Good luck!
