Not trying to be a jerk but there is plenty of info about Frontier out there to read up on. I usually find that if you're serious about a company that you really have interest an in working for, you do your homework then ask specifics if needed. I assume you wouldn't ask such general questions about UAL, DAL, or AA.
One thing you can be sure of......F9 pilots will eat their young or push them out of the nest way early if there is any chance that their precious DEN domicile is in jeopardy. And the above mentality is about par for 75% of pilots here.
