Ummmm, there are no 777 captains out of work. Where do they think they're going to find these people
Lots of qualified American pilots working at airlines in the ME for the last decade or so that are too old to start at the bottom of an airline back in the US, but this would be a nice alternative to sort of come back home and still hold their seat/pay etc.
