I am really not sure how anyone in a "director" title in crew support/resources still has their job...specifically one inept female director.

Our last director of crew support was fired for a way less offense than not being prepared after two years of knowing something was going to happen.

CH needs to go, followed by Tutt for protecting her for so long.
