Throw in the 80hr guarantee for Bro line holders and that second year pay scale puts them earning more than most regional fos on 3rd year pay regardless of equipment. They will also beat out all Lakes captains on the 1900 and up to third year captain on the Bro at lakes. Should help recruiting especially on the west coast. Now they won't have to worry about giving up living in base on west coast to commute to a central us jet base just to be able to afford rent after year one.

Factor in that everyone else is being more or less told give up pay or we shut you down, I feel it is a pretty good deal.
