On the other side, I wish they'd let you update the USAir application. Once you submit it you cant change anything.
…. right now when one searches for jobs, in this case pilot specifically on AA Careers, it only shows the US Airways job (EMB-190).
My guess is they really do not need any more apps on the AA side for now, or it's simply a tech issue with website changes. And yes, the US side is a really bad system… even the recruiters say so repeatedly at job fairs.
I think they are smartly putting these airlines together technologically first. Then 12-18 months down the road it will make SOC a seamless, non-event transition.
