I'll upgrade in 3 years(ish), but the pay cut is the one of the largest factors...
but living in base would be amazing, and the ability to break into corporate aviation were the two positive factors.
I've called Ben 3 times trying to return his call and no response in a week...so that would be one hurdle to overcome...
