The seat lock was a company policy, not me! This is the second cheap shot at me in the past few days. I understand that some of you are overworked and upset, but why the comments towards me?
I have always been honest and upfront. I always went as far as I could to help pilots with family issues and/or sked issues when I was in the BM or ACP roles.
Not intended as a cheap shot. That's what everyone seems to call it. I wasn't there at the table when the policy was made but
everyone I have talked to points the finger at you. Why that is, I am not entirely sure. I understand the policy and see where mgmt is coming from. That still doesn't mean the policy doesn't suck!
