Big D was talking of 140 something planes being up for grab and so far (was supposed to be announced in Nov 06) 30, maybe have been allocated. 12 of the 70's that went to SkyWest/ASA were a deal already made and not part of the RFP. The remaining 16 or 14 900's... who knows. Maybe the honrable judge or Grinstein himself. Possibly a magic 8 ball
