Not to mention the highest FO pay scale in the industry. E175 FO pay scale that is 8 yrs compared to 4 at republic and goes to 48.60 compared to $44 at compass and $37 at republic.
A second year turbo prop FO at Skywest will get 37.15/hr , more than the highest FO pay on the E190 at republic. That's a huge win and a much needed pay raise for the junior guys.
You forgot to apply the 1.25% immediate raise that Compass pilots won in the arbitrator award; plus 1.25% more per year out to DOS+6.
